Orders over $999 qualify for Free White Glove Delivery – includes room-of-choice placement & full setup.

Orders under $999 receive Free Curbside or Doorstep Delivery, depending on item size:

  • (sofas, sectionals): curbside
  • (nightstands, decor): doorstep

Applies within Cleveland and surrounding cities. Delivery upgrades available at checkout.

Delivery Times & Methods

When Will I Receive My Order?

Most orders arrive within 2 weeks or less, depending on item availability and your location. We’re committed to transparent delivery timelines every step of the way.

You'll receive updates when your order is processed, shipped, and scheduled for delivery. If an item is on backorder or delayed, we’ll notify you right away with estimated arrival times.


White Glove Delivery

Room-of-choice placement, full setup, and packaging removal.

Threshold Delivery

Our Threshold Delivery includes delivery to the first dry, secure area inside your home, such as an entryway, garage, or apartment lobby.

Apartments & Upstairs Access:

  • For deliveries requiring more than one flight of stairs, an additional fee may apply.

Curbside / Doorstep Delivery

Items are delivered to your curb, driveway, or building entrance. For apartments, delivery is made to the lobby or nearest accessible entrance - no stairs or setup included.

Returns & Cancelations

Return Window & Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • All accessories and hardware are included
  • Return is approved by our team
  • Check below for return fees

Return Fees

Returns are subject to the following fees to cover handling, logistics, and payment processing:

  • 15% Restocking Fee – Applies to all approved returns.
  • Original Delivery Fee – If your order included free delivery, the actual delivery cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • Pickup Fee – If we need to retrieve the item from your home, a pickup fee (typically $99–$150) will apply based on location and item size.
  • Credit Card Processing Fee – A non-refundable 3% processing fee may be deducted from the total refund amount for card payments.

These fees help us keep our pricing fair for all customers and cover costs associated with returning large, heavy items.

Cancelations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing. At that point, cancellations will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Backordered or special-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • Once an order has shipped or is out for delivery, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled according to our Return Policy.
  • If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Missing Parts

Damaged Items

For White Glove Delivery:

  • Inspect all items before the delivery team leaves
  • Note any damage on the delivery paperwork
  • Take photos before the team leaves
  • No claims will be accepted after delivery is completed

For all other deliveries:

  • Inspect your items after delivery
  • Report any damage within 48 hours
  • Include photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage to support your claim
  • Keep original packaging as it may be needed for replacements

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or part swap at no cost to you.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Missing Parts

If something’s missing from your order — like hardware, legs, or other components — we’ll work quickly to get it resolved.

To ensure a smooth process:

  • Report missing parts within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the packaging and received items, and if possible, highlight the missing part in the assembly instructions
  • We’ll ship replacement parts at no cost if reported within this window

Please keep all original packaging until your order is fully inspected and assembled. Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted or could incur additional fees.
