How long will it take to receive my order?

Please refer to the product page of the item you are ordering. Every product has a different estimated delivery time. Order processing and transit time apply to delivery.

What are the delivery options?

We offer a variety of delivery options. These include direct to door, threshold delivery, white glove, and free pickup from our store.

Direct to door - Direct to door is only available for select items. Item(s) ships via FedEx or UPS, and may require assembly. A white glove option is available for these items as well.

Threshold Delivery - Items will be delivered to front entrance, where you'll handle unpacking and assembly.

White Glove Delivery - We do all the work here! This option includes room of choice, assembly, and packaging removal.

What is your return policy?

Enjoy peace of mind with our convenient 7-day return policy, effective from the date of delivery. Please be aware that mattresses and foundations are not included in this policy. Kindly note that delivery fees are non-refundable. To qualify for a return, items must remain in new-unused condition, unassembled, and accompanied by all original components and packaging. We uphold the right to decline returns that do not adhere to these criteria.

Refunds, subject to a 15% restocking fee, will be issued through the original payment method. Should Lux Furniture be requested to pick up your return, a return shipping fee estimated at $1.50 per pound will be deducted from the final refund total.

Cancelation Policy

Once an order is placed, you have a 24-hour window from the time of order to make any modifications. Once orders are received, we swiftly move to process them. However, if an order has already been loaded or shipped, there will be a restocking fee of 15% and a return fee, calculated at approximately $0.75 per pound. Please ensure to review your orders promptly to avoid any unexpected charges.

Promptly report any damaged products within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email or phone.

For items with threshold or white glove delivery, please inspect for any damage at the time of delivery. Please notify our team immediately, as claims made after this period may not be accepted.

We kindly request that you take clear and comprehensive photos of the damaged items, including the packaging, to assist us in resolving the issue effectively. Retaining the original packaging is crucial, as it may be necessary for replacement by the manufacturer.

Missing parts

In the event an item is missing parts, please let us know promptly so we can send out any missing pieces right away.
